| This mower is excellent for medium to light residential use. It has never bogged down under the conditions in which it is currently used: relatively tall cut (2 in.), old Bermuda/weed lawn (with occasional Fall leaves), 7,500 sq. ft. corner lot, front, side, and back yards, in Southern California climate. I don't envision that it fail under tougher conditions, though. The blade could retain it's edge longer to suit me, but to be fair I don't rake up the liquid amber seed pods before mowing. Height adjustment is super easy. Dealing with the cord takes practice and you won't win macho points with this unit, but it's quiet, clean, and you can feel great about making a small contribution to improved air quality. |

| I've been a B&D Electric MowerUser for 37+ yrs. and this is my 3rd and best mower yet. It's weight is just righr dor a Sr. Citizen as is its manuverability. I don't know how they've done it but even those around me are suprised at how quiet the mower is. Delivery came on a Saturday after ordering it on Thursday. If you are accustomed to "Corded Mowers" the Non-Flip over handle might be no stranger to you and certainly is not a problem! The 3-in-1 features make it a three Season Mower up to mowing or mulching grass or leaves. |

| took 5min to put together, and then you just plug it in, pull the lever and go. it even mulchs way overgrown grass wihtout a problem. Best part is no more pull starts |

I was trying to buy a higher model of Black&Decker elective mower. But found this one is much lighter. Consider the slight hill of my house, I decide to go this one. I find it is quite powerful and does all the work.
One drawback is the hole cover can never be installed. It really sucks, but seems not influencing the functionality. |
