The Santa Clause 2) is expecting a little Claus and also longing for the company of some "tall people." So Scott agrees to let her parents (Ann-Margret and Alan Arkin) visit as long as they believe that they're really in Canada rather than at the North Pole. Further complicating matters is a visit by Scott's ex-wife (Wendy Crewson), her husband (Judge Reinhold), and their daughter, Lucy (Liliana Mumy). Enter the bad boy of the Council of Legendary Figures, Jack Frost (Martin Short), who's supremely jealous of the figures who have their own holidays, especially Santa. So he launches a plan to sabotage the toy factory and compel Scott to invoke the little-known Escape Clause and wish he'd never become Santa. The resulting evocation of a classic Christmas movie,
It's a Wonderful Life, is seasoned with a splash of
Back to the Future when Scott rewinds 12 years (has it really been that long?) to when it all began. Though neither sequel has matched the charm of the original

| this is the last santa clause movie in the series i'm glad because if they make another one it'll ruin the series. i think this one is really good but not the best of the three. i like the fact that they brought jack frost in as a villian and martin short plays him very well. i really like this movie. i recdommend it to everyone |

I REALLY ENJOYED THIS MOVIE. I AM GLAD I PURCHASED IT THROUGH . IT WAS A USED MOVIE BUT IT PLAYED LIKE A NEW MOVIE. I AM REALLY GLAD I DISCOVERED FOR PURCHASING USED MOVIES AND ALSO USED BOOKS.

We love this movie despite some things we wished were different! We would of liked them to have kept Bernard in this movie but have him act as he did in the 1st movie not the goofy way he acted in the 2nd one. We'd like to see Curtis acting as he did in the second movie, he was credible and fun and helped Santa instead of the way they changed his character in this one.
We also liked the elf girls Judy in the 1st movie and Abby in the 2nd, in this one they show an elf girl dressed similiarly but she is not in the spotlight at all,not shown up close, no noticible speaking part, we feel the girls in each of the first two movies added to the film, and we really missed a similiar girl elf character in this movie.
We did not like that one of the elf girls kicks Santa, we like Santa portrayed as being respected. Same with the reindeer, they acted goofy and were gasing all the time it was annoying and they didn't show a respect to Santa like we'd expect. Afterall Santa is the "MAN"!
It would of been neat if they kept the same set inside the toy factory too. They made the Easter Bunny act differently too...once again goofy! Don't care for Cupid's character in any of the 3 movies, guess it's supposed to be ironic that he is Cupid with the way he is flippant. We like the Cupid that is on Sabrina the Teenage Witch, that's the type of character what we'd of like to of seen in this movie.
We of course love Tim Allen in this, he does an excellent job as well as Martin Short! They do their parts justice..We also loved the rest of the main charaters.The music is great! Overall a job well done..And after all is said and done we watch it all the time. And we really do LOVE it!!!!!! |
