| Didn't work right out of the box. Constant red light indicator and did not power so much as a cell phone. Defective from the get go. Had to return it and buy a different product which works just fine. BD apparently has very poor QA with this product. It's hit or miss if you get a defective unit or not. Would not recommend. |

| My power inverter work for the first hour or so then it stop working and hasn't worked since. I'm not a fan of the inverter. |

| Waste of money, waste of time, irritating. No QC at the factory? I also got a dud - lights, makes loud whirring sound, but laptop always reads as running on battery. Tried different sockets, tried different adapters, nothing. I guess it's a nice design with the swivel and the usb, I haven't tried the usb, but if that whirring sound is constant, yeah it is pretty noisy. |

| Great inverter, does a good job and is solidly made. The fan is a little loud but all inverters have this. It's the cost of buying an adapter and not having a pro install one elsewhere in the car. Looking for a USB and 120 volt inverter? This is the one you want. |

| I had purchased this model at a large chain store. It was functionally DOA right out of the package. The light lit up, but the juice did not flow - I tracked down another [different brand) inverter... it worked fine in the same 12V outlet. A major amount of inconvenience. The B&D unit looks nice, but mine was worse than useless. My example wasn't even a good boat anchor. |
