We have several of the Bucket Boss bags and they are all very handy! If you want to store a tow strap and/or jumper cables, flashlight, gloves, small tools, reflectors/flares, etc. then the Cable and Tool bag is perfect. It has room for more stuff than the Bucket Boss Jumper Cable and Extension Cord Bag. We have that one too and it is more basic, but still really nice for jumper cables and gloves. Any of the Bucket Boss bags we have gotten have been very sturdy and have held up well despite sliding around in our vehicles, being tossed in the garage, and stuffed under car seats.

Ther is nothing worse than six feet plus of jumper cables floating around in the back of a pickup or in the trunk of a car. If they are not in a container they seem to have a life of their own. Make it an SUV and it's worse yet. We live in a rural area so we keep a set of jumpers in all of our cars. Nothing worse than a suddenly dead battery and no cables to get a jump. For the truck a heavy set to get the tractor or other equipment running. I bought the first bucket boss cable bag about 10 years ago and it's still being used in the truck. This is the third one, first one with the tool carrier. They are sturdy, zippers hold up. Well made. They work so well, I never bother to look at anything else.

It is smaller than I imagined, looking at the pic, comparing size to the size of the cable clamp. The zipper opens it up all the way like a clam shell. It would be better if only the top opened making it easier to put the cables in and out. The center divider is attached only at the bottom and has a mesh zippered pocket, and several small pockets well suited for screwdrivers, which I don't need to keep with my jumper cables. Just like the extension cord bag, the handles are thin and floppy compared to the bag.

I was very pleased with this product. It was as advertised. Well made, well thought out, sturdy and good color for a man. Bucket Boss has done a good job of seeing a need and filling it. This makes an excellent gift.

I bought two bags - one for myself and the other for my 17-year-old son (who now has his first vehicle). The bags are very sturdy, large and attractive, which is more than I expected. We packed them with jumper cables and other auto necessities, and they easily fit in my car and his small truck. Perfect gift for a new driver.
